Rapid Gear specialized in low volume applications for specialized machined parts involving splines and broaching as well as custom precision machining. Some applications are also incorporated within our EDM process.
Our services include:
- Rapid Gear can do repairs using Time and Material if timing become critical. This will save the time to create a full estimate.
- Full Engineering reports can be supplied as well as the potential to reverse engineer.
- Full drop in units can be made if spare become critical.
- One stop shop for all gearing and gear reducer needs.
- Emergency service are possible over weekends for a premium.
